Before you arrive

Don’t arrive before 4:00 PM. Registration runs 4:00–6:00 PM Friday. Check in at the registration table when you get there; signs will point the way.

What to bring

The facility provides a bed and the showers and bathrooms. Bring everything else. Beds are twin size.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided, with vegan and vegetarian options at every meal. Please get to the cafeteria within 20 minutes of the start time. Snacks are provided too, and there’s a fridge if you bring food for your own dietary needs.

House rules

We’re guests at a Christian conference center. We’re not a Christian group, but we follow their rules out of respect.

Dress modestly outside of swimwear. No offensive words or graphics on clothing.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property except the designated area. Breaking this rule could get us asked to leave.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No pets.
Be respectful of other groups staying at the center.
Leave it better than we found it. Our group is financially responsible for any damage.
